Pieter Swart for RPL entered into a settlement agreement at the CCMA in a claim against him for unpaid salary.

Pieter Swart entered into a settlement agreement, in a constructive dismissal dispute in the CCMA, on behalf of RPL Assessment Centre in the sum of R14 400. After failing to comply with the terms of the settlement agreement, it made an order of the court – interestingly by the same person who awarded the Interpleader aginst RPL Assessment Centre.
